I am a lifetime resident of the Aitkin area. I have been a Realtor since 1980 and a Licensed Appraiser since 1998. I have also held my Real Estate Broker's License since 1985. I have experience as an owner/broker of a real estate company and am currently a Broker/Realtor with Cummings-Janzen Realty in Aitkin. I also prepare licensed appraisals for many of the local lenders as well as governmental agencies, lawyers and property owners.
